“You probably have one of two of them in your company, if not right in your department: The employee who has an odor because he doesn’t shower regularly, or the employee whose breath is unbearable. You as the supervisor need to be the one to address these issues, but you don’t want to insult your employees or hurt their feelings. But their poor hygiene and nasty habits are distracting to say the least.
